Important information about AcquireOS performance claims, testimonials, and third-party platform relationships. Please read this carefully before purchasing or relying on any claims made on this site.

Income Disclosure Statement

AcquireOS makes no income or earnings claims of any kind. No statement on this site, in our marketing materials, on a sales call, in our application, or inside the product should be interpreted as a guarantee, prediction, or representation of the income or earnings you will receive as an operator using AcquireOS.

AcquireOS launched in 2026. We do not yet have multi-year operator-cohort income data sufficient to publish averages or medians. When we do, those figures will be substantiated, attributed, dated, and made publicly available — they will not be invented, cherry-picked, or inflated for marketing.

Any cost, retainer, or revenue figure referenced anywhere on our site (including the ROI Calculator and any tier-comparison tables) is illustrative and not a forecast.

Earnings & Results Disclaimer

AcquireOS is a software platform, not a business-opportunity or "done-for-you agency" program. Any earnings, revenue, lead volume, booking rate, or ROI figures referenced anywhere on our marketing site, in case studies, in sales calls, or inside the product (including projected cost and revenue estimators) are illustrative only.

We do not guarantee any specific result. The results you achieve depend on many factors we do not control, including:

  • Your effort, consistency, and execution quality
  • Your industry, niche, and geography
  • Your existing experience with sales, marketing, and agency operations
  • The quality of the services you deliver to your clients
  • Market conditions, seasonality, and macroeconomic factors
  • Compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR, etc.)
  • The accuracy and maintenance of your third-party integrations

You may earn nothing. You may lose money. Operating an agency business involves risk, including the risk of total financial loss. Do not purchase AcquireOS if you are unwilling or unable to accept that risk.

Material Risk Factors

Before purchasing AcquireOS, you should understand the following risks. This list is not exhaustive.

  • No guarantee of business success. Most new agencies fail in the first 24 months regardless of platform. AcquireOS reduces tooling friction; it does not change market reality.
  • Time investment. Most operators report 10–20 hours per week of active operator work in their first 60 days. If you cannot commit time, do not purchase.
  • Capital requirements beyond AcquireOS. You may need to fund additional spend (cold-email infrastructure, paid ads, sender-domain warmup, ad creative, etc.) that is not included in any tier. Plan accordingly.
  • Regulatory risk. Email + SMS + voice + AI usage is regulated (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR, CCPA, FTC AI Act). Operator violations can result in fines or litigation against the operator personally.
  • Third-party platform risk. AI providers, CRM platforms, voice providers, and email gateways are independent third parties. They can change terms, deprecate APIs, or experience outages. We route around what we can; we cannot eliminate this risk.
  • Refund policy. AcquireOS subscriptions and high-ticket bundles are subject to the refund terms set out in your purchase agreement and Terms of Service. Read them before purchasing. Some purchases are non-refundable.

Acknowledging these risks is part of operator readiness. If any of them is a hard no for you, AcquireOS is not the right fit and we will tell you so on the call.

Testimonials & Case Studies

Any testimonials, case studies, interviews, or before/after examples featured on our site or in our marketing are from real AcquireOS operators. They reflect the individual experience of that specific operator at a specific point in time. They are not typical, not average, not a projection, and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar results for you.

We do not pay for testimonials. Featured operators may receive product credits, free access to new features, or inclusion in case studies as non-cash consideration for their time; this is disclosed where applicable.

Platform Affiliation Disclaimer

AcquireOS is an independent software company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Threads)
  • Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. (Google Search, YouTube, Gmail, Google Ads, Google Workspace)
  • Microsoft Corporation (LinkedIn, Outlook, Bing)
  • X Corp. (X/Twitter)
  • TikTok, ByteDance, or any of its affiliates
  • Snap Inc. (Snapchat)
  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.)
  • Stripe, Inc.
  • Any other third-party platform, software vendor, or payment processor mentioned on this site

Where AcquireOS integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs, those integrations are subject to the third party's own terms, policies, API limits, and outages. We route through those APIs on your behalf but do not speak for, control, or guarantee the continued availability of any third-party service.

Trademarks, logos, and brand names used on this site are the property of their respective owners. Use of those names is descriptive only (e.g., "integrates with Google Calendar") and does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or certification.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this site or inside AcquireOS constitutes:

  • Legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney regarding compliance with email (CAN-SPAM), SMS (TCPA, A2P 10DLC), privacy (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA), or any other regulation that applies to your use of the platform.
  • Tax or financial advice. Consult a CPA or tax professional regarding agency income, sales tax, 1099s, or international tax obligations.
  • Investment advice. AcquireOS revenue projections are not investment prospectuses.
  • Medical or mental-health advice. The platform is not a therapeutic product.

You are responsible for your own compliance. AcquireOS provides compliance tooling (CAN-SPAM footer injection, TCPA time windows, DNC checks, warmup gating, STOP keyword handling). These tools reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. A court or regulator will evaluate your conduct, not ours.

Forward-Looking Statements

Product roadmap items, upcoming features, projected platform capabilities, and any statements about the future (e.g., "next quarter we plan to launch X") are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. We build what our operators need; that sometimes means postponing or abandoning items on the roadmap. Do not purchase AcquireOS based on a feature that does not exist today.

AI Output Disclaimer

AcquireOS uses large language models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and others) to generate proposals, emails, SMS messages, voice-agent responses, and strategic recommendations. AI output is probabilistic and may contain factual errors, hallucinated statistics, inappropriate tone, or non-compliant content. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated message before it is sent to a prospect or client.

We enable zero-retention mode on AI providers where supported, but we cannot guarantee that any given model provider has not retained a prompt for abuse detection or debugging per their stated terms.

Third-Party Links

Our site and product contain links to third-party websites (community platforms, documentation, payment processors, integration providers). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of AcquireOS after changes indicates acceptance.
