§ Access Credit Policy

90 days. Real action.
More runway if you earned it.

AcquireOS is built for operators who execute. If you complete the verified 90-day path and still have not signed your first SMB, the remedy is not a payment reversal. The remedy is platform access credit so you can keep the engine running while the work compounds.

In one sentence

Do the six verified actions below, and if no SMB is signed by day 90, eligible operators can receive up to 90 additional days of platform access credit while continuing the same plan.

§ The six conditions

Hard to fake. Easy to verify.

This policy is intentionally demanding. It protects motivated operators without giving free runway to someone who bought access, disappeared, and came back at day 89.

  1. 01

    Finish setup on time

Complete onboarding, pick a niche, publish the operator site, connect calendar, add mailing address, and clear the setup gates by day 14 unless a platform-side provisioning issue blocks you.

Verified from onboarding progress, setup gates, published site state, and orchestration run status.

  2. 02

    Start the compliance clock immediately

Submit A2P 10DLC, connect the sending domain, begin email warmup, and resolve any compliance blocker the platform surfaces within 72 hours.

Verified from workspace A2P status, DNS/warmup timestamps, compliance gate history, and operator acknowledgements.

  3. 03

Build and approve a real lead pool

Approve at least one niche-specific lead list with enough clean prospects to support outreach. Imported lists must pass dedupe, suppression, DNC, and scoring checks.

Verified from lead-source runs, lead score snapshots, suppression checks, and approved campaign audiences.

  4. 04

    Run the outreach motion

Launch at least two compliant campaigns or complete 1,000 verified prospect touches through approved channels before day 75. Drafts and disconnected tool work do not count.

Verified from campaign status, send ledgers, channel events, and compliance snapshots at launch.

  5. 05

    Take the sales reps seriously

Log at least 10 SMB sales conversations, demos, or qualified follow-ups with outcomes. Calls booked outside AcquireOS must be logged back into the platform.

Verified from calendar events, CRM outcomes, Avery/Atlas notes, call briefs, and demo-session records.

  6. 06

    Deploy the delivery proof

Deploy at least one agent or workflow demo tied to the chosen niche, use Atlas/Avery for execution help, and keep weekly progress visible inside the workspace.

Verified from deployment runs, agent/workflow state, Atlas interactions, and weekly activity records.

§ What the credit covers

Platform access, not consumed usage.

If approved, the credit can pause or offset your platform-retainer access charge for up to 90 additional days. It does not erase voice minutes, AI usage, phone numbers, third-party pass-through costs, payment processing fees, or overages already consumed by your workspace.

The goal is simple: if you did the work and the system needs more runway, we stay in the fight with you. If the work was not done, the policy does not apply.

§ What disqualifies a request
  • Missing setup deadlines without a platform-side blocker.
  • Campaigns drafted but never launched.
  • Unapproved contact lists, purchased spam lists, or attempts to bypass compliance gates.
  • Unlogged calls or sales activity that cannot be verified in the platform.
  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unpaid usage invoices.
  • Terms, compliance, or abuse-policy violations.
